Does uric acid increase in the blood? How to identify?

Many people have problems with uric acid which is caused by excess uric acid. When this increases, joint pain occurs. The protein in the food we eat breaks down and produces amino acids called purines. Uric acid is one of the chemical reactions. Its normal rate is said to be 3.5 to 7 in men. 2.6 to 6.5 in women. But 5.9 in men and 5 in women, joint pain occurs.

Normally, uric acid is excreted through the kidneys. But those with kidney related problems do not excrete it and game because of that uric acid accumulates in the blood. This is due to changes in our diet. If you eat a lot of red meat, uric acid can build up in the body. If you eat too much bread or buns from the bakery, it is possible to increase uric acid.

High protein intake and low fiber content can lead to increased uric acid levels. Not all proteins should be avoided. It’s a good idea to see your doctor to identify proteins to avoid. The sharp pain that women get after walking for a while may be due to increased uric acid in the blood. There is often no need to give meditations.

This can be reversed by making changes in diet. Meditation is needed when there is a good deal of joint pain or in conditions which later become kidney stones. Uric acid levels can be reduced with proper diet as prescribed by the doctor. Watch the video below to know more.
